3. Bookings & Appointments

When booking an appointment through our Shopify store:

  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking information.

  • Appointments may require full prepayment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway and third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.

Hydro Haven is not liable for errors caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Hydro massage services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only.

Our services:

  • Are not medical treatments

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

  • Do not replace medical advice

You should consult a healthcare professional before using hydro massage equipment, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have heart conditions

By booking or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with use.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Use of hydro massage equipment and wellness services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted under Alberta law, Hydro Haven shall not be liable for:

  • Injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions

  • Improper use of equipment

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Smoothies & Allergen Notice

Our smoothies and beverages are prepared in-house.

While we follow Alberta food safety standards, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens including:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Gluten

  • Soy

  • Other allergens

Customers with allergies consume products at their own risk.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without obligation to update information.
